About The 52 Foundation

The mission of the Fifty-Two Foundation is to provide unwavering support and vital resources to families affected by parental alienation and wrongful separation. We are dedicated to reuniting and empowering these families, ensuring that they receive the care and assistance needed to heal and thrive. Through our collective commitment to compassion and advocacy, we strive to bring hope and reconciliation to those enduring the challenges of familial estrangement.

About Us

The Fifty-Two Foundation is a compassionate nonprofit founded in 2024 by siblings driven to make a difference. Inspired by the unjust termination of their oldest sibling’s parental rights, they began this project of love to support families facing similar challenges. The foundation stands as a beacon of hope for families experiencing the profound pain of separation, providing them with a network of empathy, guidance, and resources.

At the Fifty-Two Foundation, we understand what it feels like to be erased from a child’s life. Our mission is to help families find strength in these difficult times, fostering a community of support for those navigating the complexities of high-conflict divorces. Our vision is a world where no family faces these challenges alone, and where every parent and child has access to the support they need to overcome hardship and stay connected.

We invite you to join us in our mission. Together, we can make meaningful change for families in need.

About The Co-Founders

The Fifty-Two Foundation was co-founded by siblings who share a powerful bond and a commitment to making a difference. Raised in Ault, Colorado, and graduates of Highland High School, they were instilled with strong values of community and compassion.

  • Jared, the oldest, is a proud father of three—Wyatt, Charlotte, and Walker. A multi-preneur, he finds joy in the outdoors, yoga, and reading.
  • Stacey, an accountant, is married to Devin, with whom she shares three children: Serenity, RJ, and Gavin. Known for her active community involvement, Stacey is a dedicated advocate for meaningful causes.
  • Alex, the youngest, is pursuing a career as a firefighter, following in the footsteps of his brother and grandfather. He enjoys the outdoors, video games, and spending time with family and friends.

These siblings share a love for sports and are proud supporters of Colorado State athletics. Their dedication to the Fifty-Two Foundation is deeply rooted in their family history and values, honoring both their grandparents and the “bonus families” who have supported them over the years. The name “Fifty-Two” symbolizes the 52 weeks of the year—a reminder of their commitment to provide unwavering support to families throughout life’s challenges.

Together, they are committed to offering hope, empathy, and assistance to families who find themselves in similar situations. The Fifty-Two Foundation is their tribute to the strength of family and community, a legacy for future generations, and a source of enduring support for those in need.
